Craftsteak at MGM Grand in Las Vegas

The Craftsteak restaurant at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas now serves Kamuela Pride Grassfed Beef. Kamuela Pride compliments the restaurants focus on quality and variety on the menu.

The restaurant is the second launched by Tom Colicchio, chef and owner of Manhattan's Gramercy Tavern. In the words of Gamal Aziz, President of the MGM Grand, "Tom is one of the most respected chefs in the country. His philosophy of using exceptional food elements, simply prepared, is carried to perfection at Craftsteak. He will have an immediate impact on the Las Vegas dining landscape."

The Menu at Craftsteak will feature meats from small family farms, and ingredients from artisanal producers, and day-boat fisherman.

Chef Chris Albrecht is a veteran of Gramercy Tavern and Craft. General Manager Jason Lapin has experience as a restaurant GM in New York City and Los Angeles, and he helped to open Spago in Las Vegas.
